Query on the process and documents

Hi Friends

Iam planning to apply for Tier1 together for 2 of my dependants also
in couple of days.

I did some extensive study though,still have some doubts about the
quantity /adequacy materials/evidences to submitted.Can anyone
knowledgable give me a opinion

I- for myself - prime Migrant

1. Uty of madras - BE certificate to claim 30 points
Q1- do i need to produce a Naric certificate along with this , esp
if university of Madras is already listed in UK border agencies page
for points assessment.

2.income - I claim 45 points.

am producing only payslips-( signed e slipsattested by HR exec ) and
sallary account statement on Banks stationary

is these enough?.Am not submitting my IT returns since the last years
return cover only 3 months or so and next return will be on mid 2009
only.

3.English Language -
Iam citing the same BE on #1.Do I need to get a medium of instruction
certificate?

4.Funds.
a.I will show the net required amount via 3 of my bank statement -
one of which is my salary account.Do anyone fore see any additional or
complimentary evidences? 3 accoutns are Too much?(since its from my
own savings spread across accounts , i use 3)

5.of course my passport ,App form and App form annexures

My plan is to support and stick to the minimum required documents and
not to submit extra additional evidences so as to avoid - confusions
and / or delay the process.Any opinion?


II - dependant - wife

1/Marriage certificate
2/her Bank account satement - showing incomes from her sal and my
transfers?
3/passport where my name endorsed as Husband and App forms and Apps
ennexures


III Dependant child
--------------------------------

1/Birth Certificate
2/passport,App form and App form annexures
3/No separate statement from bank(since the Kid has no account)Only
My statement showing funds to cover the child too.This statement is
part of the 3 statements i submit for my Approval.Not a separate/
different bank statement.
4/Who will sign the form and declarations - child is too young to sign
- 3 years of age?
Thumb impression accepted?or both parents sign or all of these?

can any one see and give a detailed comment for each of the above.
I guess the evidences are suffieicne to meet the Tier1 requirements

Ans ) you need to submit original degree & Convocation (all the marks
come in one sheet)

2.income - I claim 45 points.

Ans) you need to produce
1)Original offer letter
2) patslips of 12 months last with hr sign and stamp

ANS) YES have to get medium of inst from universtiy of madrs costs
100 rs

ANS) If the amount is in your sal account frrom 3 months then would be
fine
