EMBA for HSMP

Hi All,
I am planning to do my executive-MBA from VMU university which is
listed in the list of MBA colleges accepted by UK in the points
calculator.
My dilemma is if EMBA is considered as a master degree or not? Could
any one with knowledge about this tell me if EMBA is accepted or not
under the new mandatory master degree rules of UK home office. Any
help on this would be great.

It does shows up in the points calculator. 1 year Master degree as 35
points across the university.
But my dilemma is if EMBA is considered as a master degree or not?
Tried to search through out the net but in vain.
