Hello Vision 2020 Symposium #2 Participants,

Below and attached in pdf is an updated agenda and logistical information.  We are looking forward to an exciting and productive day on May 4th from 9:30-3:30 at the UNM Student Union Building.  More updates are to come!

8:30-9:30 Registration and Networking (refreshments)

9:30-10:30 Introduction and Panel – Ballroom B

10:30-11:00 Break/Networking (refreshments)

11:00-12:30 Breakouts – various locations

·         Strengthening Community Partnerships

·         Hospital/Health Care Provider

·         Service Learning

·         Research

12:30-1:30 Lunch (box lunch provided)

1:30-3:30 Breakout/Closing – various locations

·         Regional

·         Closing within your groups

Parking – Park in the visitor parking structure on main campus.  Please bring your ticket into the symposium so we can stamp it for you so you won’t be charged.  The parking structure is on the bottom right of this map, 198 North of Central on Redondo just West of  Girard. 

Location – The Symposium will be held in the Student Union Building which is 60 on the map. 

Food – We will be providing lunches and refreshments throughout the day.  We are sensitive to food allergies, sensitivities, and other diets so will have a large selection of gluten free, nut free, meat free, and generally healthy options.
