Good Morning Vision 2020 Participants,
Thank you again for making the Vision 2020 event on May 4th a great success. All of the facilitators and recorders are busily compiling their notes and we will be putting together a report shortly. I really appreciate the fantastic response to the email survey! We have had 60 responses so far which is about 1/3 of the attendees. This is an incredible response rate to this type of survey and we are receiving some great feedback. If you haven't had a chance to respond yet, there is still time. We will keep it open at least until the end of the week. Here is the link again if you would still like to respond -
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WJM3K5B.
One of the requests we keep getting is to share attendee contact information with all participants to facilitate follow-up with new connections. It sounds like many new relationships were made that you would like to continue. If you would NOT like your information shared with the attendees, please let me know by the end of the week (May 20th). New connections will be one important outcome from this event and we want to support that as much as possible.
Finally, you received a flyer for a National Health Disparities conference on May 23rd and 24th in your packet at the event and they are offering travel scholarships at $150 each. The application is attached if you are interested and see email below from Miria Kano for more information.
Thank you!
Leigh
