The University of Missouri-Center for Sustainable Energy in
partnership with The Home Builders Associations of St. Louis,
Jefferson City, Kansas City and Springfield is delighted to invite you
to attend the Greening Missouri Homes Conference; March 16th & 17th in
Jefferson City, MO.
This 2-day conference will bring together professionals in all aspects
of the home building and remodeling industry – builders, remodelers,
appraisers, code officials, realtors, financiers and more. The
conference will offer attendees the opportunity to learn about how to
get involved in the many aspects of Green Building and NAHB Green.
NAHB Green offers:
Established solutions for greening homes and land development: new
build, renovation, or remodel
Range of tools, resources and in-depth guidance to help builders and
retrofitters partner with homeowners to go green
affordably
Market-driven and voluntary established program for today’s issues:
energy-efficiency, storm water management and indoor
air quality

A block of rooms is being held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson
City, Missouri. Conference participants are responsible for making

Certification Opportunity:
Opportunity to become a certified green professional will be available
through the Certified Green Professional Designation Courses offered
through the HBA of Central Missouri in Jefferson City. Certification
is dependent on the successful completion of the three day course
which will be offered on March 15 and March 18 – 19, 2010 at the
Capitol Plaza Hotel.
