January meeting agenda

At our December meeting, we discussed some things that we want to
address in future meetings. I've copied this from the minutes and we
can add it to the list of possible agenda items, as we rate what's
most important.

We will:
-make a wish list of technology-related items. We'll dream big, as if
money were no object.
-focus on the short-term - obtaining laptops, projectors, and flash
drives - and on the necessary training for their use.
-plan for next year and beyond.
-develop a vision of what our school should look like in the future.
-pick a specific item of focus for training, schedule inservice time,
and structure the training as hands-on sessions.
-provide support within the building, in the form of "tech buddies",
Google groups, and Moodle.
