February 5th Trip to the Arkansas

The Arkansas River tail-water below the Pueblo Dam has been selected
for the first day trip of 2011. This fishery has sparked a lot of
interest in the last few years and recently the TU chapter in Pueblo
held a catch-and-release fly-fishing competition where the second
place two-person team recorded over 300 inches of trout measured,
caught and released during the morning and afternoon sessions of the
competition.
Interested HPD members who wish to participate on the 5th (alternate
weather date of February 19th) please contact Larry Lester
