Hello,
Please note that we have a steering committee meeting next Tuesday at 2 PM at Public Health. We'll have light snacks. Here's a draft agenda.  Please let me know if there are any additional items you want to put on the agenda.

DRAFT AGENDA
1. Plan for participation in the Kellogg meeting in AZ the following week.  I'd like us to think strategically about how we want to use that time to get the most benefit for HOPE
2. Evaluation conversation; I'd like us to talk with Anaa and Mia about the kinds of things we'd like to measure (in addition to whatever the funder needs) so that we can track our progress and make adjustments as necessary.
3. Fiscal sponsor update
4. Personnel update
5. Application: reminder and status report
6. Stipend policy revisited (the structure committee will meet on Monday to review and/or revise the policy that didn't pass last week)

Any other agenda items?  If possible, please let me know if you will be at the meeting.
