City Slicker Farms 2011 Urban Farming Apprenticeship

Hello friends and fellow activists!

We just wanted to get the word out that we are now accepting applications for our 2011 Urban Farming Apprenticeship position.  The Apprenticeship is a year long commitment where room, board and a living stipend is provided.  During this year apprentices' receive extensive training, mentorship and tons of hands-on experience that make this a truly unique learning opportunity.  A full job description as well as the application can be found on our website.  Please feel free to pass on this information to anyone who might be interested in this position. The deadline for applications is October 8, 2010.
