Greetings from the HOPE office!

We are planning a special work session to draft the work plans that come from the action plan for implementation of the HOPE collaborative. Important information to note:

The meeting will be from 9 AM to 1 PM

We will have a light breakfast starting at 8:30

We will serve lunch at 12:30

The meeting is at the HOPE office (221 Oak Street, on the corner of 3rd and Oak inside the Prevention Institute building)

I'm excited about getting the work started again. I know you all worked hard to get the planning done; it will be great to build on those plans and create the actions that will bring to life the vision that brought you all to the table.

Greetings HOPE Collaborative,

I am writing to let you know that I am leaving my position at UCCE. It's been a pleasure working with all of you and I am excited to see the important work HOPE does in Oakland.

I am taking the Community Outreach Manager position with the EcoMetro Guide in the East Bay. The EcoMetro Guide is a coupon book for sustainable, local businesses. I'll be working with schools and local nonprofits using the guide as a healthy community fundraiser.

Please contact Lucrecia Farfan-Ramirez (cdal...@ucdavis.edu) for any questions regarding UCCE’s involvement with the HOPE Collaborative. On an individual note, I admire all of the work HOPE Collaborative is doing and I look forward to staying in touch.
