How is everything withal of  you , its been so long that I didn’t write you ,

These past month were hard on me going backward all the time , my health is also going down , last week I went to the doctor and gave more shots because of my gout  

And in this difficult time I am looking for help and support , it’s a really hard time for me and for the peace house .

And I am looking for some deep support
