Want to help oversee the integration standards and other aspects of
translating the data standards for programmers?

We are looking for a technologist/database specialist to support the "MIS"
part of HMIS TA, and other project too.

Job Description:
Abt Associates is seeking an individual with experience in data systems
management and public policy or human services research to contribute to
Abt’s portfolio of technical assistance and evaluation work on homelessness
and Homeless Management Information Systems. Experience with software
development, web development, relational data bases, XML data exchange and
integration, and /or information systems security desirable.
Responsibilities include: providing technical assistance and training, and
developing technical products.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA with 6 - 8 years of experience OR MA/MBA (3) years of experience OR PhD
(Entry Level) OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates should possess education and experience related to data systems
management. Knowledge of federal homeless assistance programs and local
Homeless Management Information Systems is desirable. Must possess
excellent communication and management skills.
