Hi everybody,

After getting my agencies online for data entry we are taking the next
step and tackle those agencies that have their own system but would
like to interface with our database using the XML standard...

I know there are people amongst us who have walked the path before me
and I would asked for your help... Would you please share the
contracts/agreements texts that you have with this kind of partner
agencies? And also maybe you can share how far your support goes that
you are able to provide for those agencies.

I would love to read more about the things that I need to watch out for...
Any help that you could provide would be highly appreciated.

Happy Fourth of July!

Hi Birgit-
This is an excerpt from old document based on when I used to oversee a
CSV-based HMIS integration project for Massachusetts. That project and that
HMIS implementation is now defunct.

However, there might be some relevance in terms of defining what agency
responsibilities are, what your responsibilies are, what the privacy and
security policies need to extend to the participating agencies. etc.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the actual forms we used.
