HMIS 3.0RC1 additional notes

A few things I should mention that might help people as they review.

I've just created an RC1 snapshot at:
http://xsd.alexandriaconsulting.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser/tags/HUD_HMIS_XML/HUD_HMIS_XML_3.0-RC1
The files here will never change. Inside this static folder is a
zipfile containing all the other files for convenient download. If you
have a subversion software repository client, you can pull these files
down with an 'svn co
http://xsd.alexandriaconsulting.com/repos/tags/HUD_HMIS_XML/HUD_HMIS_XML_3.0-RC1 '

Changes will start occurring immediately in the prior location to
accomodate bug fixes. That location was:
http://xsd.alexandriaconsulting.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser/trunk/HUD_HMIS_XML
Likewise, you can always check the latest version out with: 'svn co
http://xsd.alexandriaconsulting.com/repos/trunk/HUD_HMIS_XML ' There
won't be a zipfile in here, because it is already out of sync with the
files.
