Hi All,

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) is
starting to integrate data from agencies into HMIS (Agencies have
their own data tracking system) I would like to obtain a sample of
Transfer of Data Agreement so we can get an idea of the requirements
and process.

Greatly appreciated.

Hi Tuan:

I've attached the agreement we have with the organization that is uploading data into our HMIS via xml.

If you have comments and suggestions, we welcome your feedback.

Good luck with your project!

Tuan,
A data sharing agreement specifying XML/CSV data integration can be very
similar in form to a regular interagency data sharing agreement where
the sending agency just uses the human HMIS web interface to enter the
data. Check out:
http://www.hmis.info/Search.aspx?search=sharing+agreement
You can add information on transport and security requirements for the
transfer, frequency/format of the transfer, subsets of data, affected
agency programs, specific data elements to be integrated, etc.. For
general data integration requirements and process, check out the
resources at: http://www.hmis.info/Search.aspx?search=xml
I hope this answers your questions, but if not, please clarify further
and someone in this forum should be able to help you. -Eric
