Draft HMIS XML Release Candidate 2.0

Just a quick update on the latest draft release candidate of the HMIS
CSV and XML Schema, version 3.0. They contain numerous fixes and the
changes made in the November 2009 HMIS Data Standards Revised Notice.

The schema and updated overview doc are available at:

The associated XML Schema instance files, extensions, etc. will be
released soon (pending the HMIS Revised Data Standards review), as we
are getting close to a final version.
