Hi Guys,

 

I know this is completely OT, but I have tried to use the logic model.xls excel spread sheet and the header fields for Period, Start Date and End Date are locked, and when I try to unlock them, I am asked for a password. Other fields are locked too, but I wouldn't need to change them...

 

Of course I do not know that password. Does anyone of you happen to have an unlocked version of this file somewhere. I was not able to download one from HUDs site. All I can find are the locked files. Anybody else run into this problem?
