draft HMIS CSV/XML version 3.0-Release_Candidate_1 formats and documentation

The first release candidate versions of the HUD HMIS CSV and XML formats
are now available for public review and comment.

The first two links listed below will take you to online folders (one
for CSV, one for XML) from which you can download all the files and
documents. Click on the file name you want to download, and then select
the download link or click "original format" to retrieve the file.

Please use the HMIS_Data_...@googlegroups.com listserv to
publicly discuss the two formats. Also, the 'Ask the Expert' link at

may have.
