Living Wage Policy for Town of Chapel Hill Employees
Chapel Hill Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
The Orange County Organizing Committee encourages us to join them in once more asking the Chapel Hill Town Council to include a living wage policy in its budget. This action is one way for us to respond the message not to balance budgets on the backs of the poor. For a summary of OCOC's research, their proposal for change, and their call to action see OCOC Action Alert: Living Wage Policy for Town of Chapel Hill Employees.
