Need substitute for Math Club this week

[Math Club Coach]

Math Club:

I will not be able to teach math club this week due to work
commitments. I am looking for a substitute so that math club will not
have to be canceled. It would mostly involve handing out prizes for
students who finish worksheets. Please let me know if you are
available. I will send out an email Tuesday night saying whether we
have found someone to lead the class, or whether it will be canceled
for this week.

Math Club:

I am afraid no one has volunteered to take over the class for this
Thursday. Thus, I am cancelling this meeting. I realize this is
unfortunate. Hopefully things will work out better next time. We are
still scheduled to hold the next meeting on December 16, though it
will likely be moved to an evening meeting instead of an after-school
meeting.
