H. H. Poole Math Club:
Today and tomorrow is the American Math Challenge, which is a two-day
online math competition, open from 8:00 in the morning to 11:00 at
night. Prizes for top students include an iPad, iPods, and medals.
There are also other prizes for top schools. his week is the “American
Math Challenge.”

There are two types of competitions, and I encourage students do both
types as it will increase their point total. It will also give the
student the chance to develop both types of thinking.
I have sent out user names and passwords by email late last night. If
you did not receive one for your student, or if the one I sent out
does not work, email or call me back and I will get you the
information. Alternately, you can also register your student
individually. Finally, the competition is open to all grades from
k-12, so if you have other children that are interested, be sure and
sign them up.

Matt - still didn't get an email w/ John's access info for the
contest. If we register separately does it still fall under the HHP
school/math club?
