UN-HABITAT in collaboration with The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), is organizing a two days Conference from 13-14 February 2012 at Sheesh Mehal Serena Hotel, Islamabad on Learning’s from Disaster. Key officials from federal and provincial governments, Donors, United Nations, representatives from International organizations, International & National Non- Government Organizations and renowned experts related to the field will attend the Conference besides the Academia and Media. Moreover, we perceive that the Conference, with key stakeholders on board will provide an excellent opportunity to have a thorough eye on methodologies, techniques and practices adopted in response to disasters to benefit the affected population.
