Fwd: How to Change the World – PL pre-orders and DRM

I will answer these questions on the translators maling list, because the answers are relevant for everyone.

1. Do you plan to put links to local editions on the How to Change the World page on the Managemnet 3.0 site? Could you add our page with pre-orders there now?

Of course I will put links to local editions on the site. It is in my own interest after all. :)

But I will do this after the release of the new website, which is planned this weekend.

2. Do you use any kind of DRM on the PDF edition? I didn't notice any when I bought my copy, but I wanted to ask to be certain.

I don't use DRM.

3. What is the tool chain you used to publish the various editions? Do you recommend we use the same services or should we look for better ones? Was the Amazon/Kindle experience ok? Which outlet generates the most sales?

I published PDF on Lulu, which works fine.

I published print-on-demand version on CreateSpace (Amazon), which is great.

And I published ebook on Amazon, also great.

Sales on both Lulu and Kindle are about the same.

I recommend all these services, but it's up to you.
