The appt system seems to be working ok now.

Dear Mr. Lundry, This is Francisco Flores and I want to inform you that what happens if a student take advantage of coming everyday to see the same tutor each week. I have nothing helping her with writing and English homework but she comes everyday from Mon to Thursday, what should I do?

Hello,

Are you saying that she is able to make an appointment for each of those times online? The technician told me he had it set to allow only one hour total per week; if that's not so, let me know so I can tell him it isn't working.Also, you can tell the student politely that we only work with students one hour per week; even if she's able to log in and reserve a time, we can, after informing students of the policy, turn them away after they have come two times.
