Hello Guys,
Some students are having trouble logging in to make appointments. I've put a message on the Learning Web (Commons? It seems to have two names) WC page that instructs students to use the password they set up for their HCCS student Webmail. Antonio is currently on leave, but I have ask Sandra Lebron to help us post proper instructions on the appt. system start page itself. I'm a bit unclear on the problem; I had thought the Active Directory userid/password was universal (logging into campus computers, email, PeopleSoft, etc.) I have asked for some clarification, and also a phone number/email we can post so students can get proper tech help.
