Please find attached a Call for Proposal to conduct an Opinion Survey/Impact Assessment regarding levels of humanitarian accountability  in Pakistan since October 2005.

 

Who can apply:

1.    A survey conducting organization having relevant experience

2.    An individual consultant having relevant experience

3.    A development management consultancy firm

 

The deadline to respond to this proposal is September 19^th affirmatively.
