Dave, you know that if the city can't tax it and charge for it, they are not going to provide for it. That is not how they work. But, you are absolutely right! Wouldn't that be the most gorgeous water site--could be a tourist site or wedding site or ??? I am not holding up my hopes for it. We are dealing with the city of Olympia, right? Carol
