1) Welcome and introduction of new members 

2) Ask for volunteer chair and secretary to record minutes .

3) Review + add to agenda as appropriate.

4)  Approve minutes from Nov 28th  volunteer meeting                           

5) Upcoming Events/Presentations

volunteer trip to Guatemala Jan 31 to Feb 14

Westend Medical Clinic Donation
 Dec 5 $5000 stove repair money
Keith had three different presentations in Dec, St Johns, PDCI, and Glen Tay
Dec 22 $4,540 USD sent for Cantel scholarships

Dec 22, $9634 USD sent to AMMID, $2010 for improved stove materials, $1374 for micro loans, and $6415 for becas

7) update for those interested in Feb 2015 trip to Guatemala as this is the last meeting before workshop and trip.

PDCF - GSP received a grant from Perth Community Foundation to be presented Thurs March 12

Post Trip Follow-up/ get together potluck Sunday, April 12 at 1pm  at Jim & Nancy Wallace Simpson’s (Franktown) 187 Perth Rd 613 283-5644

Perth Festival of the Maples, April 25, 2015 - Paul will submit application

Hello Tom and Rita,

I am not sure if this was discussed before but, unfortunately Sandra and I are away until Mar 11 and can't host the meeting on Friday.

You can easily use the atrium instead, like many other groups, up to 10-12 people.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
