How many of us have been in a church ministered by interim pastor and understand the roles and the functions of the interim pastor? 我們當中有多少人曾經歷過由中繼牧師牧會的教會，而瞭解中繼牧師的角色與功能？

One of the rarely mentioned functions is to let the congregation learn, by trying, to greet the new pastor assimilate into the congregation by meeting the pastor at home and work with the new pastor through initiation. Remember the first day at a new job where some people greet and help you get the feeling of being there? 其中一項很少人提起的功能，就是讓會眾，透過實際嘗試，主動在家裡迎接新牧師，練習迎接新牧師。還記得就任新職位的第一天，有人主動友善地引導、介紹讓你進入狀況嗎？
