What are hymns to you? This is what I feel a strong need today. 聖詩對你而言是什麼？這是我今天覺得迫切的話題。

As a congregation of multiple cultures and multiple languages, we do have peculiar needs and processes of using hymns. 作為一個多文化與多語言的會眾/教會，我們對於聖詩的確有特殊的需求與處理方式。

There are many steps involved in our weekly hymn usage. 我們每週應用聖詩牽涉到許多步驟：

1. select the hymns for the Sunday worship service 選擇主日禮拜要唱的聖詩。
2. create the page-size score for the hymn selected for the pianist who might not have the hymnal at home.為選用的聖詩製作單頁樂譜給家中沒有該首聖詩琴譜的司琴者在家練習、錄音。
3. Translate the lyrics or find new lyric in multiple languages for the hymn selected, in some cases
4. make new or adjust the existing hymn-slide set   In the case when nobody has the software and the skills for making music score the text-only slides are used 製作或是調整新的多語投影片。如果沒有人擁有製譜軟體與技術，就製作文字版將就。
5. make a new slide set that includes readable messages that facilitate the understanding of the hymn selected, for the unique hymn-briefing activity. 製作新的投影片加入一些促進閱讀者認識該聖詩的文字，作為「聖詩簡介」的補助教材。
6. make a new video set that includes three types of video files: demonstration of how the hymn has been sung by others; demonstration of how the Taiwanese words are enunciated; demonstration of how the Taiwanese words are sung. 製作新的影音檔集 ，裡面包括三大類：示範別人怎麼唱、示範台語歌詞的發音、示範台語歌詞的唱法。
7. send the video set to the deacon managing our worship service operations for podcasting.及時向負責禮拜作業的直式提出影音檔集讓他有足夠的時間納入直播集。
8. upload the video set to Youtube for continuous study, globally, by the public. 把影音集上載到 youtube 讓大家在全球各地持續研讀。
