Patrick is requesting a short list of potential consultant contacts for the Circular Action Alliance (CAA) to support multiple projects focused on reusable packaging economics.
CAA has asked us to help identify multiple candidates per vertical (both B2B and B2C) to enable a fair, competitive RFP process. The core need is domain expertise in reusable packaging systems, supply chain landscape assessment, and objective economic feasibility modeling comparing single-use vs. reusable solutions.
Priority verticals (current single-use formats in parentheses):
Pallet wrap
Plant/floral trays
Fresh fruit & vegetables (interim bulk containers, pails, bulk bins)
Frozen foods (pails)
Perishable prepared cheeses, sauces, spreads (tubs)
Farm animal feed (flex bulk interim containers)
Oils, flavorings, syrups, dressings (drums, pails)
Bleach, cleaners, detergents (jugs)
Milk (jugs)
These are priority areas due to high single-use plastic tonnage and the likelihood that heavier containers may present more favorable economics for conversion—though CAA is open to B2B reusable opportunities broadly.
Request: Please send referrals (name, firm, email/phone, and 1–2 lines on relevant experience) for consultants who can cover one or more of the verticals above.
Timing: If possible, please share recommendations by Monday, January 26, 2026 so we can consolidate and respond to CAA on schedule.
Thank you in advance—appreciate your help on this.
Kind Regards,
Patrick
