Hi all,

This story (linked below) highlights how the Missoula Redevelopment Agency’s Demolition Alternatives Policy, developed after the City adopted its Zero Waste resolution, creates an economic incentive for developers to deconstruct.

I think it is a good model that could be replicated elsewhere.
