Perhaps you’re a leader of a sustainability across the curriculum programs or a sustainability staff who is involved in curriculum initiatives? Join us at one or more of these events and let’s connect and discuss how to best support you in your efforts. 


Workshop: Integrating Sustainability Literacy Across Your Curricula-Best Practices

May 18 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm ET

This workshop will provide an overview for faculty new to sustainability and the teaching of it and assist them in developing engaging and successful sustainability focused courses. More information and register.


Conference: Sustainability Education Forum

Jun. 8 & 9 across multiple timezones

This virtual event will provide space for authentic conversations, where we can engage as a community and with each other. Are higher education institutions simply reverting to how things were done pre-pandemic or can we use this opportunity to truly redesign systems? It is time for us to share, listen and speak about the issues that matter to interdisciplinary sustainability educators. Join other colleagues to talk with each other, think with each other and respectfully challenge each other’s ideas will exploring challenges and opportunities for sustainability education. Workshop: Building a Curriculum Development Program for Your Institution

Jun. 15 & 22 @ 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm ET

This workshop will provide faculty leaders with the knowledge, materials, and strategies to adapt the Piedmont/Ponderosa “Sustainability Across the Curriculum” model to their own institutions. More information and register.


Peer-Cohort: Global Sustainability Across the Curriculum Program Development Support Group

Starting mid-July; Apply by May 12!

This support group is designed specifically for faculty leaders who are seeking to establish a sustainability across the curriculum program at their institution. Participants will engage in lively discussions with a cohort of peers from diverse schools to share strategies, allies, and ways to overcome challenges in building strong curriculum development programs. As a major goal of this support group is to increase access to the sustainability across the curriculum model, we are particularly seeking participants associated with Minority Serving Institutions, community and technical colleges and institutions in the Global South.
