I am growing a Jalapeno plant and a few days after each flower opens up
it completely falls off. I thought this might be because there are were
no bugs to pollinate the flowers so I went between the flowers with a
little prod and got their pollen and spread them between the flowers.
Still they fall off.

Here is the weird part, they don't fall at the base of the flower but
rather the entire stem that holds the flower drops off. Do you think
this is a nutrition issue (too much or too little)? My ph is right at
6.5.

If its too hot blossoms will fall of as you describe. Also, someone
mentioned to me that too much fertilizer would also cause the flowers
to drop. I think it was nitrogen that was the culprit, but not
positive.

I am pretty sure it isn't too hot for the plant. I will dilute my
solution a bit and see if that helps out.

Thank you,
