request for updated information on per capita packaging in US + Europe

Hi All,
I recently came across an article with comment by Dan Knapp on data from 2016 showing that the US had less packaging per capita with no EPR as compared to Europe which has extensive EPR.
Does anyone know of more recent data on per capita packaging waste?
