Climbing the Zero Waste Ladder.

This plenary contrasts perspectives and approaches across the redesign, reduce, reuse, and recovery hierarchy. From the value proposition of the reuse economy to the array of ‘constructive’ and ‘destructive’ legislation, plus edible food recovery and behavior change science, this session provides a toolbox of strategies to problem-solve Zero Waste challenges.
