Katt reminded me that

 1. I have a dry brush and

 2. I used to dry brush! hahah

My skin is soooooooo dry with the weather change  - even after I put my coconut oil on  and/ or lotion.

I busted out the dry brush on Thursday and WOW  - it's working!!

I do it before a shower  - then I jump in and do my hair and neti pot - there is no reason to soap all up on your legs / arm etc...
because the dry brush gets all the dirt / skin cells off .

I will keep you updated on my cellulite ....hahah  - supposedly it will get that gone too.

Yeah it's definitely dry out despite the rain.  Orion had a bloody nose and I can just feel it everywhere.

I just bought a hymalain salt inhaler! Hopefully will help with the lungs. Neti pot for the nose and dry brushing for the skin. Ha

id say quit smoking before inhaling salt, i think it would be good for
the sinuses, but the lungs seems far fetched.

I LOVE Dry Brushing. I bought the Bass brand with the removable head so it can fit into your palm.

I dont do it as often either ; )

I know that when I visit yoga ashrams, they have a cool Ayurvedic way of doing it thats more steps - theres also 2 oil applications and stepping in & out of shower (I forget exact instructions, But if you want to call them, its the 7 Center Yoga in Sedona).

Logan & I have been using Olive Oil on our skin. Its cheaper than Jojoba.
