not very much, however much you'd normally eat, and it takes about thirty minutes.
avoid spicy or pungent foods.

you can experiment with this yourself by paying attention to your own body through the course of a day.
sweat will also take on different scents. for me, drinking coffee makes my sweat smell really strong . .
Obviously, eating things like garlic, doesnt take very long before garlic is coming out of your pores. . .
Drinking a lot of water, eating neutral things like celery help 'clarify' sweat etc . . .

Even emotions!! strong emotions like fear, panic, anger, love . . all will change the way you smell.

So when Torrie and Kyle were first in superlove mode and they had BO you could smell ten miles away, that's what love does to your odor?

Damn.  I never want to be in love.

Hahahah, JK

<3 you guys.

(I can't let it go, I think I can still smell you from years ago)

Yes, this has proven true in my experience.

In fact I had a co-worker in Seattle who would always go on and on about when he gets the chance to hook up with his Vegan since birth girl who "tasted like heaven" - bragged about how he's never tasted anything better.

Pineapple works, very well. I had a lover who was a smoker, which makes love juice taste Nasty, and he would just chug Pineapple juice and be good to go ... sometimes we would wait only 1 hour and it seemed to make a pretty big difference.

....... Thats a pretty great incentive for a guy to get healthy! ; )
