Hey GFoodies, I dunno if you know about Dan McDonald, but he is a "Raw Internet Celeb".. anyway I am forwarding his article on rebounding ~ which is different than a mini-trampoline.

I used to rebound every day. Then my roomate with the rebounder moved out ; P but I grew up with one and I thought it was fun (b/c we didnt have a big trampoline).

I remember that Susan Powter was big into that. Does anybody else remember her? My mom did all her exercise videos : )

I carry my rebounder with me everywhere I go for the most
part. Even when I drive across the country I throw it in
the back of my truck and roll!

A ton of people always ask my why I rebound so much.

Well, the answer is because not only does it make me happy
and make me feel like I'm a kid, but it tightens the skin
all around my body and keeps me tight.

Those are MY favorite reasons, but I always urge all my
clients to get a rebounder for weight loss.

One guy I know lost a little over 200lbs by simply going
raw and rebounding twice a day for 20 minutes each time
he rebounded.

As you can see on the page above, my favorite is the
Cellerciser because they last for YEARS and are so durable.

It's my personal favorite but if you're on a budget,
definitely go with the Sunny Health rebounder since it's
cheaper.

So, if you want to lose weight, I'd recommend a rebounder
ASAP.

If you're perfectly fit and trim, you can probably do without
a rebounder but I still recommend one just because of all the
benefits.

how is rebounding trampoline diff than a mini-tramp?  i read his article, but still couldn't figure it out.

It is a mini trampoline with a bar that I assume you pull down on the bounce up for exercise I would say it would work great for exercise.
