Manna Cabanna Summer and Fall Community Supported Agriculture Program A tasty season of tomatoes, cantaloupe, zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, cucumber, and so much more!   Carol Lynn Jackson is a local organic food system advocate and owner of Manna Cabanna in Historic Downtown Saluda, North Carolina.  Manna Cabanna is a year-round CSA and retail local organic foods and products outlet operating out of an historic red caboose structure in downtown Saluda, NC.  The Cabanna will be open for its 6th year of business out of the roadside stand in May of 2012.  Sign-ups for Manna Cabanna's popular multi-farm CSA subscriptions are on-sale now, with a limited number available.   Carol Lynn shares this about her "growing" business:  "The role of my business within the local food system of WNC is to bridge the marketing and distribution gap for organic food producers lending administrative support and "social capital" to the producer. The immediate result is a sustainable system that places local food directly onto the tables of local consumers.
