Save the Date!  On Saturday, May 12 you will see extraordinary examples of city residents who are making our city more sustainable by growing their own vegetables, raising chickens, keeping bees, catching rain water, implementing energy savings solutions and more. You will learn just how easy it is to practice sustainable living by growing food and implementing energy efficiency right where we live, work and play. Visit the UFT website to learn more. Highlights of this year's event include: 31 Tour sites to visit 16 Workshops to attend   Guided bicycle tours  Benefit party & concert at Zen Sponsors exhibit at the UFT headquarters  Call for Volunteers! Please sign up by April 30.       UFT Tickets $8.00 p.p.  $7.00 p.p. (groups of 5 or more)  Children 12 y.o. or under are free Where to buy tickets At the UFT website (major CCs or Paypal). At the GOFO headquarters - after May 1st (cash or check only). On May 12, at the UFT ticket booth (cash or check only).  Benefit Party & Concert Tickets THURSDAY, MAY 10  -  7 to 10 p.m. at ZEN Concert with the band Where to buy tickets Must be over 21 years of age to attend. Admission includes 2 alcoholic drinks, local and organic dinner and car parking. $25 per adult (in advance)  $30 per adult (at the door) At the UFT website (major CCs or Paypal).
