at Café Prytania (3445 Prytania Street). This month’s sponsor is the
Tulane Environmental Law Society! Come find out who they are, what

> ED position at The Green Project

The Executive Director of The Green Project ensures that the mission
and vision established by the Board of Directors is executed. The
Executive Director is responsible for organizational management, which
includes operations, resource development, program management,
facility management and the financial well-being of the used building
materials store and warehouse.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Operational oversight
• Budget management
• Administrative responsibilities
• Branding and external communications
• Maintaining a workplace that is attractive to employees
• Managing employees to best performance
• Representing The Green Project & its mission to the community
• Resource development
• Fundraising, with demonstrated success in grant writing and
membership development
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners within
the community
• Identifying and creating opportunities that foster the collaboration
with other environmental organizations
• Working with the Board of Directors to develop The Green Project
potential
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality environmental education
programs
• Implementing and maintaining an effective community outreach program

Qualifications:
Minimum three years business experience in budgeting and financial
management required.
Nonprofit administration or management strongly preferred.
Masters degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
required. MS Office, Quickbooks and web competency required.
