discuss the Library with you all. Right now we don't have anything
planned for solar. The Library itself is going to be the equivalent of
LEED certified or LEED silver in terms of green characteristics. With
the apparent demise of any kind of large scale town solar project under
a PPA, I'm not sure what we are going to do. The Library project is
facing the need to eliminate as much as $100K in capital costs, unless
the bids come in low, so unless we could cover the solar completely with
our grant money, it is a very difficult sell to add in cost for solar
PV, despite the advantageous pay back period. So maybe we can figure
something out. I see no reason if we can come up with a way to fund it,
why we couldn't add solar into the library construction (easy for me to
say).

Our meeting is scheduled for 7:30 this Monday (11th). I think it's too
