A lot of folks in our neighborhood use public transit. JOSHUA is
putting on a presentation at the downtown library on Thursday, May
12th regarding transit in Green Bay.

Public Transit In Danger!

Anticipated cuts in State funding and changes in Federal Funding could
create a major transit service crisis in Green Bay.

JOSHUA invites the entire community to a forum to learn:

·       What services may be lost

·       How transit cuts will affect  Green Bay businesses and workers

·       What options are available for our community

·       What we can do about the situation

The evening will feature a new video in which local bus riders,
business owners and community leaders talk about their reliance on bus
transportation.  Discussion at the forum will include the importance
of grassroots impact on public policy and steps to create action on
this issue.
