Dear Friends and/or Colleagues,
It is that time of year again. I am the President of the United Hmong and Asian American Community Center, Inc. here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We, the Hmong are preparing for most important Hmong event of each year, the Hmong Pre-New Year’s celebration, which is a traditional festival that takes place at harvest time within our culture. It is a daylong activity with Hmong cultural activities, music, dance, and exhibits.
On behalf of the Hmong community here in Green Bay, I would like to invite you, your family, and friends to join the Hmong Pre - New Year Celebration that will be held on Saturday October 15, 2011, at the Brown County Arena, Green Bay Wisconsin. The special program will begin at 11:00 am and will last approximately an hour and a half.
