Flood Control/Rain Garden Presentation 5/5 at FHES 6-8PM

District 7 Folks and Nearby Neighbors,

Pat and Ceci Kiefer will present on how to properly design a rain
garden for flood control. Benefits of rain gardens include
beautification and providing food for birds and butterflies. Another
big bonus of rain gardens is that they soak up water before mosquitoes
can breed!

The presentation will be held at Fort Howard Elementary School, 520
Dousman St. from 6-8PM on Thursday, May 5. Signs will direct you to
the presentation. Feel free to come for all or part of it.

I'll be there to share some ideas from the city on neighborhood flood control.
