A health care activist in Minnesota sent me this article

Biden Admin Finalizes Rule To Crack Down Deceptive Medicare Advantage Advertising (yahoo.com)

and remarked to me ‘It’s about time!’ However, I’m guessing the penalties for corporations which violate the regulations will remain light. I’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn my cynicism is mistaken.
