My friend Bruce from the Northwest Bike Safety Council asks if we can help staff a few spots for an upcoming bicycle ride on Sat Aug 27. Bruce has helped us with our Sunset Bike Safety Fair since the beginning. This event is the annual Beaverton, Banks and Beyond Bicycle Tour. Please let us know if you can help out, no experience necessary.

Subject: Event Volunteers
Bryan,
Here is my request for 4 volunteers for the Beaverton, Banks and Beyond Bicycle Tour. This is our annual fundraising event being held on August 27th from 7am to 4pm.
I am in need of 2 volunteers 9:30 am to 12:30 pm to help serve snacks to bicycle riders and close the Stub Stewart State Park rest stop. Also 2 volunteers to staff the City of Banks rest stop from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The job is to monitor snacks for the riders and check their event bracelets of riders and help with snacks and refreshments. The rest stop may close much earlier depending on when the last riders are seen on the road.
I thought of you because your church has some of the best volunteers at your events.
Thank you for your help.
