From: Third ACT DMV and Indivisible

Join Third ACT DMV in a march to honor and acknowledge the freedoms, principles, public services and essential national values trashed by the Trump Regime since it took power a year ago. We'll meet in Farragut Square and march around the White House compound. We plan to finish our March at Pershing Park around 1 pm. Together we will remember and resist.

Tuesday January 20, 2-4pm local time, National Free America Walkout

From: Women's March

On January 20, at 2pm local time, we will walk out of work, school, and commerce because a Free America begins the moment we stop cooperating with fascism. We will walk out to interrupt the machinery of power, be in community with each other, protect each other, and act with courage and care.

On January 20, feminists across the country will walk out on fascism and forge the path to a Free America. Women's Marchers believe in a feminist future and won't let fascists take it from us. This is a protest and a promise. Are you in?

From: VoteVets

Join us for a press conference with Congressman Jason Crow and other Members of Congress who are standing up against Donald Trump’s dangerous push toward war with Venezuela.

At a moment when veterans and military families are still dealing with the long-term consequences of endless wars, Members of Congress are speaking out to say: no more reckless foreign policy that puts lives at risk without accountability.

Thursday January 22, 2-3pm EST, Harbor’s Edge Press Conference

From: Progressive Maryland

Tenants at Harbor’s Edge are living with conditions that pose serious health and safety risks, including unsecured buildings, lack of surveillance cameras, pest infestations, mold, water damage, broken mailboxes, and inconsistent heat. The community room — a shared amenity tenants are entitled to — is reportedly being used as storage for broken appliances. Residents say management has repeatedly ignored repair requests and refused to engage with tenants collectively. This press conference is an effort to hold management accountable and demand safe, habitable housing.
