New Version of GotCloud Available

I have uploaded a new version of GotCloud.  This version includes SVM filtering in the snp-calling pipeline.

(I'm still working to bring all of the documentation up-to-date, so please let me know if you have any issues.)

GotCloud is also available on github: https://github.com/statgen/gotcloud

As a followup to my previous email, I forgot to mention a few things:

This latest version is: 1.03a.

In the newer versions of gotcloud, you can see the version number by typing:     gotcloud version

On the FTP site, there are subdirectories for each version.

In the future I'll start posting information about versions and version updates on the wiki page (as well as links to the older versions).  That way you can better track changes to see what has been updated.

Note: Version 1.03 does not work properly for snpcalling, so please be sure to use 1.03a instead.
